Course Description:

The Magnetic Particle Testing – Level I/II course covers the theoretical aspects of this method, provides demonstrations and practical hands-on laboratory time on both portable and stationary equipment and is designed for manufacturers, services companies, and overhaul facilities, who require their personnel to be trained in Magnetic Particle Testing, which is used to locate inherent, processing or service discontinuities in ferrous materials. The course satisfies the training hours needed for both Level I and II certification in accordance with SNT-TC-1A and ANSI/ASNT CP-189. Those needing training to satisfy the latest NAS-410 revision requirements should take the 32 hour course.
