JETS, Inc. can be dispatched at a moment’s notice to your aircraft or FBO. Our experienced inspectors can perform on-wing inspections worldwide on narrow and wide body transport to business jet aircraft utilizing the latest in portable state-of-the art flaw detection equipment. Airworthiness Directive and Manufacturer Service Bulletin compliance is our specialty.

JETS Inc. inspectors are hand picked on the basis of background and technical ability. We are “Aviation People”, possessing over 70 years of combined knowledge of aircraft powerplant, structure, and technical data, which is essential to the proper evaluation of serviceability status. Our Inspectors are certified to Recommended Practice No. SNT-TC-1A, NAS 410, and ATA Specification 105 in the following testing methods: Ultrasonic, Eddy Current, Radiography (x-ray), Fluorescent Magnetic Particle and Fluorescent Penetrant, ensuring a thorough knowledge of each test method. Our FAR Part 65 certified Inspectors are qualified in the remote visual (borescope) inspection of a number of commonly used turbojet engines using the latest in flexible video probes, featuring a flying guide tube for combustion chamber inspections, flaw sizing and on line down load capabilities. JETS, Inc. can perform JT8D Combustion Chamber Outer Case inspections utilizing Pratt & Whitney inspection tooling.

As composite materials are being used to a greater extent, JETS, Inc. has amassed a decade of experience in the inspection of carbon graphite, Nomex®, Kevlar®, aluminum and metal/composite aircraft structures including safety critical components such as helicopter rotor blades. Our mobile radiography support unit, a completely self-contained automatic film-processing lab, enables JETS, Inc. to efficiently operate on site, thus reducing the cost to the customer. Clear and concise inspection documentation reflects our experience in the FAR Part 121, 135 and 145 venues.
